Service Description

This course offers mothers and daughters an opportunity to step into the learning and tracking of the entire menstrual cycle in the body, mind and heart. Four weeks of online classes coming together and dedicating time to the mother daughter relationship and learning how to observe yourself and each other. The final class is an in person ceremony in Morgan Hill, CA. This track is meant to be taken once the daughter has had at least a few months of regularly getting her period. We cover: -Orienting to the Cycles - The Menstrual Cycle -Tracking the Cycle -Learning to Read Your Blood -Consent & Boundaries -Managing Energy & Emotions -Maturing Anatomy & Body Image -Proper Period Care Dates: All Tuesdays in March 2025 at 6:30-7:30pm live on ZOOM and IN PERSON Saturday, March 29th at 1pm-4pm. In an effort to make these courses as available as possible payment is on a sliding scale. The lower end of the scale is for those who need financial assistance to be able to take the course, the middle of the scale is for those who can afford to pay for themselves, and the higher end of the scale is for those who have a bit extra to pay it forward to those needing financial help. ​ Virtual Courses are priced at a sliding scale of $222 - $333 If finances are in any way prohibiting you from signing up please contact me - no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
